Hydrogenated phospholipid
Hydrogenated phosphatidylcholine is made from natural phospholipids. Under the action of a catalyst, unsaturated fatty acids (hydrogenation of double bonds) are converted into saturated fatty acids. The saturated hydrogenated phosphatidylcholine changes the easily oxidized nature of natural phospholipids and has good compatibility and effectiveness. It is used as a stabilizer and surfactant in various cosmetics, especially suitable for O/W emulsions.
